The following comes from the prophecy of Jasper:

“When men indulge in sensuous pleasures and voluptuousness, when no one wishes to obey any more, when there is widespread discontent among the peoples of the earth, then Russia will pour out masses of soldiers, and they will reach the Rhune.”

NOTE: This is, perhaps, a prophecy that has already been fulfilled during WWII. Or, it may be a prediction for our future.
